civilian pepperspray

Many people work in environments that prohibit firearms.  Others are uncomfortable with the concept of lethal force.  Another group feel a need to carry a less lethal option in conjunction with their firearm.  This class is a good fit for all of those groups.

 

This is a civilian level class, not a law enforcement class that requires "taking a hit" of pepper spray.  Class includes a classroom presentation that covers not only the OC spray products themselves, but also includes a general self defense class.  After that presentation is complete, the class will engage in a practicum using inert, training spray unit.  The class will conclude with a simulated self defense scenario, in which students will experience a real-time use of OC as a defensive tool.  

 

Students leave this class feeling confident in their abilities to avoid physical threats, and deal with those that cannot be avoided.
